Terms of Service

By creating a KreatiVerse AI account or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You're responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your credentials safe. We may suspend or close accounts used for abuse, fraud, or activity that puts other users at risk.

Don't use KreatiVerse AI to generate illegal content, infringe on third-party rights, harass, impersonate, or attempt to attack or reverse-engineer the service.

We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that violate these rules. We'll always try to be proportionate and give notice where appropriate.

You own the creative work you produce inside KreatiVerse AI. We retain only the rights necessary to operate the service — storing, displaying back to you, and running the technical features (like continuity and archives) that make your workspace work.

We do not use customer content to train our own models. Generation tasks that we route to third-party providers are processed under those providers' own policies; we prefer providers with strong privacy and retention protections where available, and we'll document which providers we route to on the Privacy page as the service evolves.

Plans are billed monthly unless stated otherwise. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Generation quality and limits may evolve as the product evolves. We publish meaningful changes in our Updates page.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, KreatiVerse AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We'll post updates on this page and notify you of material changes. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
