What we collect
Account info (email, billing), workspace content (your chats, prompts, generated outputs, capsules), and technical data (device, logs) needed to run the service reliably.
Why we collect it
To run your account, power continuity (so you can reopen and continue projects), process payments, keep the service safe, and improve the product. We don't sell your creative work, and we don't use it to train our own models.
Generation providers
Some generation tasks are routed to third-party infrastructure providers. Those providers process data under their own published policies. We prefer providers with strong privacy and retention protections where available, and we'll keep this page updated with the providers we route to as the service evolves.
How long we keep it
Your capsules and archives are retained as long as your account is active. Deleting a project removes it from your active workspace; backups purge on a rolling schedule.
Your choices
You can export, delete, or download your data anytime from your account settings. Cancel your subscription and your billing data is handled per our retention schedule.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We operate least-privilege access controls, maintain incident response procedures, and disclose any material incidents in a timely manner.
